I'm not a developer but a designer. Does the Business Process Modeler allow developers to customize the symbols? Can the palette be customized to include two of the same BPMN types with differing business rules / or just different labels (ex: 3 types of common tasks are represented with the same symbol but different labels)? Will you have an SVG export feature? Thanks.

@giroin <br /> I'll touch based with our IT team to check that out <br /> my FF 3.6.3 on Windows works fine for downloads <div>&nbsp;</div> @spso <br /> &gt; Does the Business Process Modeler allow developers to customize the symbols? <br /> yes <div>&nbsp;</div> &gt; Can the palette be customized to include two of the same BPMN types with differing business rules / or just <br /> &gt; different labels (ex: 3 types of common tasks are represented with the same symbol but different labels)? <br /> both <div>&nbsp;</div> &gt; Will you have an SVG export feature? <br /> not done but doable by devs. Elixir are standard Flex components, any existing means to export Flex to SVG work for Elixir components. We provide some printing APIs BTW <div>&nbsp;</div> Erwan

I had so been looking forward to this update and then they change my $799 per year fee (and I thought it was a one-time fee to begin with - silly me) to $7000 for three years. These components are no longer for the single developer trying to do nice applications that could be successful but solely for proven teams of developers who have large clients and can afford the expense. Too bad these aren't available to single developers or that you don't sell single components at a reasonable price. Congratulations on your new version though, I'm sure it's very nice.

I guess you have an OEM use (see https://www.ibm.com/developerworks/mydeveloperworks/blogs/elixir/entry/ibm_ilog_elixir_elixir_enterprise_explanations2?lang=en_us) <div>&nbsp;</div> What sounds strange to me is that yearly $799: who told you that? an IBM sales rep? someone else? <div>&nbsp;</div> Erwan

Hi Erwan <br /> I have been calling a lot of folks to find out the OEM Licensing model for IBM ILOG Elixir and i am not able to find out the answers <br /> I really hope you can help us <div>&nbsp;</div> We are interested in the IBM ILOG Elixir components and would like to embedded in to our product <br /> Is there a cost for our product buyers? <br /> If so what is it? <div>&nbsp;</div> Thanks <br /> Rajesh
