IBM Support Assistant (ISA) V3.0.2 is now available. Getting new product plug-ins (customizable features) and tools is now faster than ever. With this update and the 140+ product plug-ins, customers will be more productive in their efforts to find answers and resolve problems quickly and easily.
How to get the latest version
There are two easy ways to get this latest update to ISA:
- If you already have ISA installed, start the application and click on the Updater tab, then click on Upgrades. You will see "IBM Support Assistant" V3.0.2 available. Simply click on the available features and click on Install.
- If you do not currently have IBM Support Assistant installed, download the latest version from our website, http://www.ibm.com/software/support/isa
