Unfortunately LCM has limited reporting capabilities.
Luckily LCM stores all its data in XML format.

Then we save all required attributes into an XML file which Cognos can use as a DataSource for a Relational Package
Now we have to build a Framework Manager Relational Package against this XML datasource.
Finally we can design any required Cognos reports against this Package.
In the following screenshot you can get a List of all Reports processed by LCM with their Task status ( Task Status >= 400 means failure) and their respective errors.
