WebSphere Message Broker Knowledge Collections are as good as money

One of the most valuable commodities you have is your time. There are so many sayings and quotes that touch on this topic. One of the most famous sayings was by Benjamin Franklin when he said "Time is money." If we apply Mr. Franklin's logic, it follows that we can save you money if we can save you time. With that objective in mind, we created a series of Knowledge Collection technotes for WebSphere Message Broker.
The Knowledge Collections take technotes that are already included in the WebSphere Message Broker Support Page and group them together so you can see a list of similar items all at once. For example, if you are having an Installation problem, we have a knowledge collection of installation issues. By grouping together the existing technotes on Installation issues, it provides several advantages. The most obvious benefit is that you do not have to spend time sorting through lots of unrelated items. We have already sorted through the items and found the items related to installation and put them together in one place. The knowledge collection will give you several items, with a brief description of each item, so you can quickly scan them to find the ones that are most likely to appeal to your specific interest.
The items that are selected for the installation knowledge collection are the most frequently accessed technotes on installation. So you have the advantage of knowing which installation items other users are accessing the most often. We may occasionally add new items that we anticipate will become popular but the majority of the items will be the ones that have been used the most. If we come across other information that fits into the same category as the topic of a collection, we may add links to items other than technotes, such as developerWorks Articles or Blogs, webcast replays or IBM publications. We do periodically review the content and add any new or hot items to the list.

If you have any suggestions for any new Knowledge Collections or if you have suggestions for improvements to the ones we already have created, please let us know. We love your feedback! Otherwise, we hope these Knowledge Collections will be something you can take to the bank.
