Taking the mystery out of uploading data to IBM for your PMR

No need to stress over uploading data to IBM technical support staff for problem determination of any problem you reported. There are three very easy ways to accomplish that. You only need to choose one of them.
Method 1: (This is my preferred way since it is very simple and easy!) Use this when your data is small or like text based (such as an email). Send the files via email as attachments to: "web
The xxxxx.bbb.ccc is the full PMR number for the ticket you opened.
xxxxx - the PMR number
bbb - the branch office (IBM marketing branch office assigned to you)
ccc - the country code (for the US based companies, generally your country code is 000)
Then your email with attachment(s) would be routed by this automated system to the intended PMR depending on the PMR information you put at the subject line. It is very critical that you put down accurate full PMR number, otherwise, the automated system won't know what to do with your email and attachment(s). If the delivery is successful (in other words, the system finds which PMR to put your data to, you should receive an email confirmation:
ECuRep mail gateway - Your mail for PMR xxxxx.bbb.ccc was processed
If the delivery is not successful, you will also receive an email back advising you that your data upload is not successful!
This is quite easy and stress free!
Method 2: Use ftp to upload your data when the size is significant and an email might not carry the size of the data file. Steps are the following:

the xxxx.bbb.ccc is the same at Method 1, and yyy.yyy part is just a short description for the file type, such as tar.Z or restore.Z
