IBM Information Management Customer Support - a team worth celebrating!

This week at the lab we had an event to celebrate our colleagues who work as Support Analysts providing product support to IBM’s customers. It’s not always an easy job, so it’s nice that we take the opportunity to thank these people for the hard work they put into making sure our customers remain happy about choosing IBM products.
I actually worked in the Support organization briefly as well. Only for 7 months, as a Level One Support Analyst. Sure, it wasn’t for a long period of time, but I did enjoy the people I met and learned more than you can imagine!
