As many of you know, we are using a technique for building user-centric products called design personae
- fake users with real names and lives that we can use to reinforce who our users are. Anyway, read the link above for more info. We have pictures of the main characters - Ted, Betty, and Samantha - in every conference room in Westford so that we can point to them and say, "Will Betty understand that?? What would Samantha do?"
