Submitting Feedback for IBM Support Assistant / ISA Lite

In September's last article on our featured Electronic Support Tool, we share how to submit feedback on IBM Support Assistant / ISA_Lite. There are actually a couple of ways in which you can submit feedback, depending on what you want to accomplish.
Some of the data collection scripts will ask for feedback during the collection process. So, if you are already using ISA or ISA_Lite then, you might already be familiar with this option.
You can also provide feedback in the forums. To get there from the IBM Support Portal, just click on the IBM Support Assistant option from the Support Services portlet.
From there, you will be taken to the ISA homepage and then the first option under the Explore section near the bottom of the page is to get involved with the community at the IBM Support Assistant Forum.
