SR tool chat option for WebSphere MQ V7

If you are a WebSphere MQ Version 7 customer, did you know that you have a chat capability within the Service Request (SR) problem submission tool? The WebSphere MQ team has enabled the SR tool with a chat option to help expedite resolving software issues. Here's how it works - use the SR tool to create your request. Once the request is submitted and a request number generated, you will see a graphic near the top righthand corner of the tool with a heading of Technical Support Chat. Click on the Request to Chat link and a chat session will be established between you and a support engineer on the WebSphere MQ support team. Learn more . . .
