The event proved to be a successful one, as we continue to confirm with feedback from a large number of customers and business partners, that we are on track for building the right set of web based support tools, which will help them find the technical information they need to keep their business systems running, prevent outages, help them mitigate their total cost of ownership, and to top it all off, make their IBM support experience a more efficient and easier. IBM Electronic Support, is a journey and although we've made great progress to date, we need to continue to integrate more function, resource, capability and intelligence into the IBM Support Portal and make transitions from one support resource to another, as seamless as possible. Several customers and business partners, who we spoke to offered up ideas on what capabilities they would like to see us incorporate into our Electronic Support tools, in the future.
