On the Electronic Support front? We've had lots of conversations about the IBM Support Portal here at the IBM Electronic Support Tools ped in the product showcase and in the Developer Solutions Lab. Lots of questions about the integration of the Service Request tool and the portal. People like that you can see your draft and open PMRs in the portlet once you're signed in.
The integration with My Notifications has also generated interest. In fact, the idea of having a single place to get all support information and resources is probably the most important thing we've done by creating the portal. A single bookmark and you've got all your resources right there. How cool is that?
We're also introducing Technical Support chat. When you're opening or editing a PMR in the Service Request tool, you can request to chat with support with the click of a button. It logs you in and a support engineer will chat back to you in turn. Nothing to download; just click the button. A quick way to connect with the support team about your PMRs.
