It's been just over a month since the IBM Power Systems Technical University in Orlando the end of September. We were thrilled by the feedback and input that we received from clients, business partners and even other IBMers when we demo'd the new Support Portal and the Electronic Services Agent.
We've received a number of requests for the materials that we presented at our two technical training sessions. Since the files are quite large and we thought other folks might be interested, we decided to post the two presentations on our blog rather than sending them to folks via e-mail.
