IOD, Wrapping-up October, Coming Attractions

Hopefully you've had a chance to come by the Expo Hall and see the electronic support folks at Ped #504 and learn about our electronic support tools, pick up a Redbooks CD, and get connected with us. We had a number of sessions, met quite a few folks and shared some great information about our electronic support tools portfolio. A big thank you to all those folks who helped put IOD together (you know who you are and there are too many to list in this blog ;-) ) as well as the actual folks "live-on-the-scene" at the conference, running sessions and Ped #504. For anyone that has further questions, feel free to post comments to our blog here on developerWorks or send ibm_eSupport a tweet. We'll make sure you get in touch with the correct folks. The month of October saw the following IBM Electronic Support Tools featured on this blog and in our tweet schedule: Assist On-SIte (AOS), Service Request (SR) and Customer Diagnostic Data Repository (CDDR) - tools to help you create, manage and resolve Problem Management Records (PMRs) more quickly. Please consider providing feedback to help us improve our tools. At the end of each Assist On-Site session, you are automatically asked for feedback. Alternatively, you can provide feedback via the IBM Support Portal for any of our support tools, including AOS and SR.
November is "New Releases" month for IBM Electronic Support Tools! We'll be bringing you information on enhancements to our electronic support tools portfolio.
