The IBM Support Portal is a unified, centralized view of all technical support tools and information across IBM systems, software, and services. You can tailor the pages to suit your needs, focusing on the products you care about and organizing the pages to reflect the way you work. Our goal is to simplify your online support experience, reduce the time it takes to find the information you need to solve problems, and alert you to information that can help you avoid problems.
You can familiarize yourself with the Support Portal by viewing the demo videos. These videos introduce you to the portal, explore troubleshooting and other resources, and demonstrate how you can personalize the page by moving, adding, and deleting portlets.
In June, you'll be able to try out the IBM Support Portal through "click-to-try" links on many of the current support pages. And if you'd like to participate in the beta program to get an earlier look at the portal and provide us with feedback, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with IBM Support Portal Beta Program as the subject line. Include your name, position or role, and company and we'll send you the access information.
