IBM Pulsates with Support Energy at Pulse in Las Vegas

Pulse got underway on Sunday with the Solutions Expo officially opening and a full house of customers and partners joining us, in Las Vegas.
Larry Bietz is our attending Support representative finding the day to be off to a great start with full attendance. The level of interest and engagement invited good questions and comments from the audience. Larry, James Pierce, and others will focus over the week to meet with customers at pedestal (#16) to demonstrate the recently launched IBM Support portal and appl
Larry and the team plan to meet with Tivoli users where many who have not yet explored the new site. Customer feedback in some cases has taken an initial surprise; but then customer seemed to be impressed with the final solution the support portal now provides.
It has been surprising how many had not discovered the new site, so the Tivoli Support team presence has been good for getting the message out to the community.
