Release 2 of the IBM Support Portal is available and it is, as they say,  New! and Improved!  And really, it is. The march is on! The IBM Support Portal Release 2 appeared in September and Release 3 is due out the beginning of December. Plans for 2010 releases are underway. Service Request integration with the IBM Support Portal
