The march is on! The IBM Support Portal Release 2 appeared in September and Release 3 is due out the beginning of December. Plans for 2010 releases are underway. Service Request integration with the IBM Support Portal
If you've taken a look at Release 2 of the IBM Support Portal and gone to the Open a Service Request page, you may have noticed a new portlet, the IBM Service Request portlet. This portlet appears whenever your product list includes a product that uses the IBM Service Request tool for online problem management.
