Tracking workspace changes in the Tivoli Enterprise Portal

Recently, a customer wanted to know if there was a way to track not only the userID, but when changes were made to a workspace in the Tivoli Enterprise Portal with IBM Tivoli Monitoring, v6.2.3.
To begin, there are no traces that need to be setup in order to track these changes.
These are the two alternatives:
In IBM Tivoli Monitoring, v6.2.3, you can see the workspace change information in the Tivoli Enterprise Portal from the Managed Systems Status workspace.
From the Enterprise, go to View
If you select the link for the CQ agent (hostname TEPS), you go to the Agent Operations Log workspace and look for KFW1400I or KFW14o1I messages.
