SMF Hiper APAR OA34865 - SMF Orphaning ESQA and OMEGAMON CPU Impact

SMF causing small allocations of ESQA to be orphaned for all address spaces. Systems which are IPL infrequently can have 10s of thousands of these small pieces orphaned. This large volume of individual allocations increase OMEGAMON CPU to monitor Common Storage.
XE for z/OS Impact
CSAA- Higher than normal CPU in CSA Analyzer address space from chasing thousands of 8 byte orphans.
TEMS - High CPU from situations referencing the Addr
Circumvention: Disable Situations on Addr

SMF Hiper APAR Details
PE APARs - OA30563 and OA33047 provided the intended new function but introduced a new problem by not freeing the 8 byte STQE parameter list
Fixing APAR OA34865 - A build up of orphaned storage can occur in subpool 245 (SQA/ESQA). This storage is used to hold parameter lists that are associated with SMF type 30 interval processing. Each parameter list is 8 bytes in length, and is not freed when its associated SMF Timer Queue Element is freed.
