Recently OMEGAMON XE for CICS on z/OS support had a customer, who was having performance degradation problems with VSAM CA/CI split data and inquired about what interfaces are available to display this information.
Also, OMEGAMON II for CICS offers a special kind of help screen for exceptions, called a recommendation screen. This screen offers suggestions for solving the problem that a CICS exception indicates. In addition, it enables you to modify the threshold settings for the exception without having to navigate to another panel.
