Performance Analyst 1.0.1 has been released and is now available.
This release contains incremental improvement over 1.0.0. Some highlights include:
- New Linux Configuration plugin.
- New TPAe diagnosis plugin. The original TPAe trace plugin has been improved.
- Save and Restore window state (workspace). Tired of waiting for importing the same large amount of data over and over? Now it's possible to save the loaded content for later analysis usage, without re-importing source data again! This is also handy for saving the collected configuration data from a production environment, which we don't always have access to. The workspace is saved as a "*.paw.gz" file which could be sent to other people or computer. Use "Load Workspace" to open the saved file.
Upgrading from 1.0.0 should be as simple as extracting the packages. If you have custom profiles, they should be picked up by the new release automatically. Note that from this release, there's an addition optional package for both Windows and Linux platforms. If beautiful charting is desired, please also download the optional packages and extract it into the same directory.
