Problem Analysis in a 10 Minute Window with ITCAM for Application Diagnostics

This article describes a scenario where an application server or Java EE application has a problem in a production setting, and the engineer assigned to debug the problem has a 10 minute window to to analyze the problem before the server (JVM) is restarted. ITCAM for Application Diagnostics (ITCAM for AD) allows you to do a preliminary analysis of the problem and also collect data for further analysis (after the server restart). This procedure assumes you are using the ITCAM for AD Managing Server (MS) for deep dive diagnostics.
