|Zach Jory has been with IBM since 2012. He has broad experience in communications and social media. Currently, he is the IBM social strategist focused on all things DevOps and Rational. He is focused on encouraging community interaction, enabling participants to connect with other experts and find solutions.|
|Robin Wood started her web career in the financial industry in 1995. In 1999, she left finance behind and joined Rational software to work on web content for Rational Rose and Rational Unified Process (remember those products?) She's currently the developerWorks Rational and DevOps acquisition editor. Her goal is to give you the information you need, in the format that works best for you. If you notice there's a topic missing from Rational or DevOps on developerWorks, Robin an email. When not working, Robin can be found at a beach near Santa Cruz, California, with her two surfing chocolate Labrador Retrievers, husband, and daughter.|
|Nancy Kruse Hannigan has worked for IBM since 1997 in various publishing management and web content management roles. Since 2007 she has worked on developerWorks as Editorial program manager for dW Lotus and WebSphere Portal, Managing editor for dW XML and dW Web Development, and now as Community Manager, dW DevOps. Prior to working at IBM, she served as Director of Publications for two high-tech market research firms. She holds a B.S. in Journalism and an M.B.A. from Suffolk University.|
|Cesar Cantua is an IT Specialist and Community Development Lead who has been with IBM since 2008. He started as a Co-Op for IBM in the summer of 2007 while attending Texas State University. He has a Bachelors in Business with a Major in Computer Information Systems. Cesar is very involved in creating and customizing communities as well as helping others do the same. He is also program manager for the developerWorks demo program at IBM where he finds, edits, produces, and publishes demos to the website.|
