Showing rows and columns

You can show hidden rows and columns in a spreadsheet.

  1. To show hidden rows, do one of the following actions:
    • Select a range that includes one or more hidden rows and click Format > Show Row.
    • Select the rows on either side of the hidden rows by dragging the row headers. Right-click the selection, and select Show Row.
    The hidden row or rows are displayed.
  2. To show a hidden column, do one of the following actions:
    • Select the column following the hidden column and click Format > Show Column.
    • Select the column following the hidden column, right-click the selection, and select Show Column.
    The hidden column is displayed.
