POWER returns a number raised to a power.

POWER(`base`, `power`)

POWER
returns `base` raised to the power of `power`.

The same result can be achieved by using the exponentiation operator ^:

Base^Power

`=POWER(4,3)` returns `64`,
which is 4 to the power of 3.

`=4^3` also
returns 4 to the power of 3.
