Duplicating slides

A duplicate slide is a new slide that is completely the same as the selected one, including slide layout, master style, font, and other elements. You can create one or more duplicate slides, depending on how many slides you select. Duplicate slides are inserted directly after the slides you have selected.

When you need many slides that are completely the same in a presentation, use duplicate slides.
  1. On the Slides panel, select one or more slides you want to duplicate.
  2. Click Insert > Duplicate slide, the selected slides are duplicated.
