The Rational System z Development and Testing hub is the place to come for information related to IBM Rational's Development and Test tools for System z. Currently Rational ships two versions of its Test environment for system z: IBM Rational Development and Test Environment for System z (RD&T), and IBM Rational Developer for System z Unit Test feature (RDz-UT). Both products are based on the IBM System z Personal Development Tool (zPDT). IBM Rational Developer for System z Unit Test is an add-on to the IBM Rational Developer for System z integrated development environment. RD&T is available as a standalone Development and Test Environment for System z. Both products create a personal System z development and unit test environment running on a Personal Computer.
On this hub you can connect with the Rational System Development and Test community to reach out when you're stuck, learn what is new, and share hints, tips, and ideas. Together, we can use this hub as a central place to help find the information needed to make your experience with RDz-UT and RD&T as productive as possible.
The hub owner is Rick Brunkhorst, who also moderates the forums, wikis, and other public areas of the Hub. From time to time he may sometimes delete material that diverges too far from the purpose of the group and/or does not meet the IBM Business Guidelines established for social media.
