WebSphere sMash DE v18.104.22.168 includes the App Builder and a stable runtime to support evaluation, development, demonstration and testing of applications. The Command Line Interface (CLI) contains the base support for developing and running apps. Additional runtime libraries are retrieved as needed from a module repository on ProjectZero.org.
