Pinned topic Changing of domain password causes login failure to CM server

Hi Community,

I'm evaluating CM server 7.1.2 as solution for remote ClearCase access through web views and facing the following issue:

The users that changed their domain password can not login anymore to CM server :

/opt/ibm/CCRCCLI/rcleartool login -username foo -server http://linux-cm/TeamWeb/services/Team -pas ******
CRCLI1002E Unable to access http://linux-cm/TeamWeb/services/Team. Please verify username or password.
CRCLI1094E Incorrect user name or password. Please try again!
CRCLI1007E A session could not be established to the CM server

I've restarted CM server, WebSphere  and NIS client , rebooted machine that runs CM server but  without any success.

Any ideas?

    I know there is a problem with : in the password in CC 8.0.

    Maybe the same for the older ones?
