    {"siteID":"1","body":"Thanks for posting this interesting article. Just adding my thoughts\n\nTipe 1: I agree that a hybrid approach is a better way to go for agile adoption. While researching and implementing \"agile at large scale\", I also found that we do need \"specialists\" or \"SMEs\". We need a balanced team: a mix of \"specialists\" and \"generalists\". \n\nTip 2: We also need to consider the inclusion of team level incentives in addition to individual level incentives\/recognitions.\n\nTip 3: I also found planning\/estimation more helpful at different levels with different % variance agreed with the business: Project Brief Level, User Stories\/Solution Architectue Level and Actual Iteration Level.\n\nTip 4: Being flexible, make sure you do not fell in the trap of code and fix practices.\n\nTip 5: Pick a selforganised team with senior and less experienced developers.\n\nThanks","contentID":"788588","profileurl":"https:\/\/www.ibm.com\/developerworks\/community\/profiles\/user\/AQGill","commentID":"1331442000000","author":"AQGill","subject":"test","time":"11 March 2012"}
