Pinned topic Opened ticket for enclosure disk failure not viewed on Storage Insights panel.

V7k reported disk drive failure. Call home opened a PMR to IBM Support successfully. However, on Storage Insights panel, I can't find the PMR as an associated ticket.

Is the ticket information refreshed by Probe collections? Should an opened ticket be disaplayed as soon as it is created? If not, what are the steps to refresh ticket information?

    I request that you open a support case for this issue as I will need to request some information from you.  Right now I am unable to determine which Storage Insights instance belongs to you because I do not have any information like your email address, IBM ID, a URL for your instance, etc.
