Pinned topic Modify table structure of result schema

‏2013-05-02T16:30:30Z |

What do I have to change if I want to display my table results in a different way?

Lets say I get an XML result, like this

<Rows>

<Row>

<Title>First</Title>

<Description>Is the frist one</Descrpition>

<Date>01/05/2013</Date>

</Row>

<Row>

<Title>First</Title>

<Description>Is the frist one</Descrpition>

<Date>01/05/2013</Date>

</Row>

<Row>

<Title>Second</Title>

<Description>Is the second one</Descrpition>

<Date>02/05/2013</Date>

</Row>

<Row>

<Title>Third</Title>

<Description>Is the third one</Descrpition>

<Date>03/05/2013</Date>

</Row>

</Rows>

And the result is shown like this:

Title Description Date
First Is the first one 01/05/2013
Second Is the second one 02/05/2013
Third Is the third one 03/05/2013

but instead, I want to show it like this

First

Is the firstone

01/05/2013

Second

Is the second one

01/05/2013

Third

Is the third one

01/05/2013

or something like that

How do I do that?!

I've tried to understand the HTMLWRAPPER tag on the gritable.html file, but I can't figure how to do it like this

Thanks!

Ralex

    Hi Ralex,

    I think you ought to be able to get the layout you're looking for by using the Data Layout builder. There are several "out of the box" layouts available. You might start by using the "Multi-Line List" layout template, and specifying the fields you want to display in the "left_top", "left_middle", and "left_bottom" inputs.

      I found the HTML Data Layout and I think is working better.

      Thanks!
