Hi I want to ask how can I use auto assignment in incident?
I configured in person groups to auto assignment.
I did this steps,
- A person group must be specified in the Owner Group field on the Incident.
- The Automatic Assignment checkbox must be checked.
- The status of the Incident is set to 'QUEUED'.
but it did not worked. Owner is coming null. (Person group have one person and that is available).
