Pinned topic How can I use Auto Assignment in İncident

Hi I want to ask how can I use auto assignment in incident?

I configured in person groups to auto assignment.

I did this steps,

  1. A person group must be specified in the Owner Group field on the Incident.
  2. The Automatic Assignment checkbox must be checked.
  3. The status of the Incident is set to 'QUEUED'.

but it did not worked. Owner is coming null. (Person group have one person and that is available).

    Is ONCALLASSIGN escalation active?

    Did you setup the next ownergroup assignment in the person groups application with the time interval?
