Pinned topic Specifying Susbsytem ID in DB2 .Net Provider

‏2013-09-30T21:56:04Z |

Hi,

I'm using DB2Connect V 9.7. We use the DB2 .Net provider(IBM.Data.DB2.dll). My DB2 server is hosted on z/OS. Is there anyway to specify the db2 subsystem ID (SSID) using this provider? For ODBC, I can see that there's a configuration setting mvsdefaultssid for ODBC but I don't see any for the .Net provider

Thanks Mahesh

    Hi Mahesh,

I could not find any configuration setting which is equivalent to mvsdefaultssid from DB2 .Net provider.

So its not possible to specify SSID using DB2 .Net provider.

    Thanks and Regards,

    Prashanth
