How to generate, build and run tests from Test Conductor in the console?

I've tried with the command-cmd=call "rtc run all" but it does not write any output in the console.

Environment: Windows 7 x64, Rhapsody 8.3.1 64 bit.

    There is an example for the command line in the TestConductor user guide (TestConductor_User_Guide.pdf), see section "Command Line Execution". To update, build and execute all tests of a test package the options are:

    cmd=call "rtc update_build_execute <full path of test package>"
