Pinned topic Compare Browse: columns out of order

‏2013-10-25T22:10:22Z |

When browsing a compare file, sometimes the columns are listed out of sequence, that is, in a different order than they exist in the DB2 table.

Is there an option to force Browse to list the columns in column sequence?

Have we done something strange in the convert to cause this to happen, and if so, what should we do to correct/prevent this?

The converts and load for this table are fine, but is there anything we should be concerned about when we see this behaviour in the Browse function?

Thanks!

For my own reference: compare file TDM.TSTX.XHST1.CMP2.OCT13, DB2 table TXN_HST_TAX, columns TXT_SELLER_NAME_LINE1, TXT_SELLER_NAME_LINE2, TXT_SELLER_ADDR_LINE1, TXT_SELLER_ADDR_LINE2, TXT_SELLER_ADDR_LINE3, TXT_SELLER_ADDR_LINE4

In the compare report, match keys will appear first followed by other fields. You don't have to be concerned about this change in sequence.
