Pinned topic DynaCache exposed as web service

‏2013-10-01T09:28:07Z |

Hello,

I made a custom solution using Java in order to make use of dynacache. Logic is simple: Having custom data objects where i put and get from the cache. I followed this tutorial: http://www.ibm.com/developerworks/bpm/tutorials/1210_sharath/section4.html

I added a SCA binding export so I can make use of it in other modules as well. Everything works smoothly.

However when I insert a web service binding, cache behaviour gets totally different. Even when an object is correctly inserted in the cache when i try to get it, it returns null. Object indeed exists because i see it in the cachemonitor page of admin server console.

When I use SCA binding everything (put & get) works as expected.

What am I missing?

I am on WAS 7.5 using WID 7.5.1.1
