Is it possible to restrict a FolderContextMenu action from Specific folder or apply on specific Folders?

If possilble, then how?

    Yes, you could use a response filter to change the privilege bits.  The privilege bits are how ICN disables actions based on security or repository only behaviors in the OOTB client.  So, if you change the bits in your filter then the ICN UI would automatically disable certain items.

    Another approach would be to create a custom action in a plugin.  See the sample plugin's CustomAction.   The isEnabled function in the custom action can be used enable the action for only certain folders.
