Pinned topic Weekly webcasts on the APM/Analytics portolio

‏2013-08-04T15:43:27Z |

Folks,

I thought you would be interested in the upcoming webcasts that we have scheduled below.   We will be scheduling these calls weekly and recording them in case folks in AP and other locations are unable to attend.    This is the schedule for the next few weeks.   Ideally, we'd love to have folks block out this time slot on their calendars so that they can attend regularly.

These events will cover the entire distributed monitoring portfolio and our analytics products.   We might include mainframe in the future, but that's undecided at this time.    We'll base future meetings topics on customer feedback.

See the details on the meetings below.

Most of our SmartCloud Application Performance Management Technical Series events will be recorded and made available through the beta wiki.

We will also demonstrate how SmartCloud Monitoring - Application Insight can be downloaded, installed and configured in a matter of minutes thus maximizing Time to Value.
The second half of the presentation introduces IBM SmartCloud Application Performance Diagnostics (APD) that helps optimize the performance of your WebSphere applications. We will show how this offering leverages the lightweight technology introduced in SmartCloud Monitoring Application Insight to deliver powerful WebSphere diagnostics capabilities with an exciting new web-based user interface.

We'll take you through how to monitor the response time of your Worklight mobile application with our currently available products, and also show you what improvements we are making in development right now. We are working hard to make managing the performance of Worklight mobile apps as simple to deploy as possible, with no application changes, or configuration required - and we want your input on what you need.

Presentation 4:

Abstract: The APM UI provides attractive, fast-response dashboards for managing performance and availability of business applications. The user interface allows end users to create highly customized dashboards for business applications by using predefined templates (J2EE, BPM, SAP, and Microsoft applications) based on industry best practices- and in just a few clicks!
APM UI 7.7 will include a new navigator tree that gives the ability to move more quickly between applications, groups, and instances within APM UI.  The tree includes the ability to do a text-based filter on the list of applications and is sorted in order of severity, so overall speed of navigation between resources should be significantly improved.
