‏2014-01-11T16:25:07Z |

All:

I just downloaded the trial version of CQ 8.0.1
(RATL_CLEARQUEST_V8.0.1_WINDOWS_EVAL)

It contains the CQ windows client, CQ Maintenance tool.
But, It does not contain CQ Designer. Is it built into ?
Any idea where to get it from?

Thanks for your help

Regards,
Bzoo

When you did the installation, did you remember to check  the option for the administration tools? This option is not checked by default. Launch installation manager and select "modify" you should see the administration tools as an option in the product listing.

      Hi Glenn:

I have attached the Modify screen. It does not have

the Administration tools option. May be I am using a

wrong zip file. Please let me know.

      Thanks for your help.

You are not up to the selection tab yet. From the tab in your screenshot, select "IBM Rational SDLC" and click next. On the language tab click next again, and now you should see the clearquest selections available to you. The administration tools should be on this tab.

          Hi Glenn:

          Your instructions worked.

I was able to get to  the "Administration tools" option that installed Clearquest Designer and other tools.

          Thanks for your great help.
