Pinned topic Unable to Connect to the platform server

Hello,

On invoking AppScan Source Edition Security, I am getting the following error message:

"Unable to connect to the platform server https://JAZZ:9443/asc. Check that the URL is correct and the server is available."

Please assist in resolving the problem since this error was observed after updating the AppScan Source Edition Core from v8 to v8.5.

    Hello Sourabh,

    The integration for login in AppScan Source with is AppScan Enterprise Url, no this correct used JTS url.

    Sorry, I didn't get your point. Initially the connection with Appscan Security and AppScan source was working.

    The AppScan Source Edition Core was substituted by AppScan Enterprise Server in version 8.5.
