can I 'stop' a threshold w/out deleting it ?
can I assign different thresholds (either different metrics or even just different values) to different agents or group of agents ?
I think both these are important features even when trying to create a very simply and quick solution like AI Intent to be.
Think for instance at the maintenance period: user will not accept to have a situation triggered for all the time the machine is under maintenance. That will severly impact the SLA
