can I 'stop' a threshold w/out deleting it ?

can I assign different thresholds (either different metrics or even just different values) to different agents or group of agents ?

I think both these are important features even when trying to create a very simply and quick solution like AI Intent to be.

Think for instance at the maintenance period: user will not accept to have a situation triggered for all the time the machine is under maintenance. That will severly impact the SLA

    You cannot stop a threshold without deleting it.  You cannot assign different thresholds to individual agents or groups of agents.  Keep in mind that AI was intended as an entry-level monitoring solution, not a replacement for ITM.  We did not target users with maintenance periods and SLAs in this first release.

      I think a valid workaround to the maintenance period is to allow user to stop and restart agents. I understand this feature is allowed, right ?
