Client: IBM Rational Synergy Release 7.1 Build 3610
This is a recent development. My company may have forced an update that changed something. One day when I went to log in all my login information and DB/server connection were missing from the login box and had to be re-entered.
Since then when I try to create a task (either when I check out a file or click the create task icon), I no longer get the box at the bottom that associates my Task to a Ticket. I can add a task to a ticket by logging into Change and adding the task. However, when I go to the Tasks properties the ticket is not present.
I checked with a co-worker when we click create task we get:
The last line for 'ticket' is missing for me,but not for co-workers. I looked in tools and options. I searched the help. I dont see how to get it back. I also dont see a ticket when I look in the tasks properties.
