Pinned topic reading a file in cplex

‏2013-06-16T21:08:19Z |

Hello,

I am a beginner in using CPLEX. I am trying to use .lp format in cplex. For this i saved a text file with .lp extension on the desktop and ran command read in cplex. Then i said filename.lp. But CPLEX keeps saying, that he cant find the file.

How to make CpLEX find my file?

Thank you in advance,

Regards,

Alena

      Hi

are you using the CPLEX IDE or the command line ?

If you are using the command line, you may try

      CPLEX> x dir

to check whether you see your .lp file

      regards
