Pinned topic Update OPM 5.2 to 5.3

Hello OPM Team,
 
I try to update the new 5.3 OPM from an existing 5.2.
But the installer (./IOPM.server.v5.3.0.0.install-on-aix.sh) didn't find an existing OPM 5.2 and can't update from 5.2 to 5.3.
I can only choose a new installation.
 
What can I do to update an existing version?

    We apologies for not getting back to you on time..

    Is this problem same as the one  you worked with ibm support by opening a PMR? If it is same, then your problem has been resolved now.

    If not please let me know I can further assist  you on this.

    Is this problem same as the one  you worked with ibm support by opening a PMR? If it is same, then your problem has been resolved now.
