‏2013-10-09T05:47:27Z |

Hi,

We are getting diffrent-2 alerts count in Events tab of Service Details Portlet and AEL of the same Service.

Can anybody help in finding the probable cause of this.

Note- Service effecting events are based on Alert Keys .

    Hi GER_MCC,

I dont have any information about PMR 25304,707,707.

But I have some doubts regarding these event counts in event tab of service detail portlet,AEL,AEL(table) as what is the exact defination of all these, and also whats are the diffrent types of event showing in all that.

    Thanks&Regards

I cannot provde a PMR link, but  the PMR descripton is "Diferent number of alarms in service view and in event list".

IV12942, delivered in FP1 or 610 provded fixes for the Consistency Checker. If you have FP1 already intalled make sure the Consistency Checker is running.

This did improve the situation in above PMR but there remains a descrepancy. Support are working on a debug module to find the root cause.

One further think that we have noticed is that clicking the manual refresh button, updates the  numbers in service viewer, sometimes when when automatic refresh does not. This is als being investigated.
