Pinned topic getOutBound error from Port

‏2018-11-22T18:52:25Z |

Hello,

I am sending events through proxy ports between two blocks. However, I am getting the following error:

Compiling FlightControlComputer.cpp
In file included from C:/Users/adm-rmaipal/IBM/Rational/Rhapsody/8.2.1/Share/LangCpp/oxf/oxf.h:39:0,
                 from FlightControlComputer.cpp:18:
FlightControlComputer.cpp: In member function 'IOxfReactive::TakeEventStatus FlightControlComputer::state_15_processEvent()':
C:/Users/adm-rmaipal/IBM/Rational/Rhapsody/8.2.1/Share/LangCpp/oxf/OXFPortMacros.h:30:37: error: 'class FlightControlComputer::pUc_Landing_C' has no member named 'getOutBound'
                                     ^
C:/Users/adm-rmaipal/IBM/Rational/Rhapsody/8.2.1/Share/LangCpp/oxf/OXFPortMacros.h:55:21: note: in expansion of macro '_OPORT'
                     ^~~~~~
FlightControlComputer.cpp:941:29: note: in expansion of macro 'OUT_PORT'
                             ^~~~~~~~
make: *** [DefaultComponent.mak:231: FlightControlComputer.o] Error 1

Build Done

Has anyone faced this error? I tried to do the workaround int he below link:

http://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg1PM00067

But, I am using Rhapsody C++ and this solution is not helpful. Could anyone help in this case?

Regards,

Reddy

Have you a) checked the check model warnings? b) explicitly setting the directedFeatures direction?

Typically this error occurs when your behavior tries to send an event through a port typed by an interface that does not have this event in it
