We have a Development TM1 (10.1) environment that I simply cannot log into, even though I've been granted Admin access to one of the TM1 servers located there. When I login, the TM1 Applications window opens in the browser, but I cannot see any Applications listed, the screen greys out and this error displays:
An exception occurred on the server. Please contact your system administrator. :com.cognos.planning.exception.MetadataChangedException: OBJECT_INVALID
I can't find anything useful via IBM Support, developerWorks, Google or on any other forum.
Note that I can log onto our Production environment just fine, and out TM1 Admin cannot understand why it's happening. Also note that we have Auth integrated with Cognos BI.
Any ideas on what's causing this, or how I can better trap / debug the errors?
