Pinned topic Signature Option IN SCCD 7.5.1

Hi All,

I am using IBM Smart Cloud Control Desk 7.5.1 on Windows platform.

How can I add new status values in SR application, but these should be visible to helpdesk person based upon classifications. I believe this might be possible with Signature Options, but need to know how to implement it.

If there is any other approach, please let me know

    No need for Signature Options....

    Edit the SRSTATUS domain and use "View modify Conditions" to add a conditional expession on the new values to limit their visibility.

    I want to add button on Self Service Center and by pressing that button SR's status turn to closed.
