Pinned topic memory leak? when using mapPointToLineString function in parallelized operator.

‏2013-10-28T11:21:50Z |

I am using function mapPointToLineString which is in geospatail tooklit.
When I use that function in parallel, it causes memory leak.
I use that function in custom operator and it is parallelized in 16 operators.

When I run the application, memory usage is going up.
Memory usage will raise 1.5 GB per 5 min.
Output rate was 1000 tuples/sec.

If I comment out that function, memory usages raise 100MB per 5min.

Is there any advise to reduce memory usage?
I need to paralleled to get good performance.

    Hello,

If you are using InfoSphere Streams 3.0, you might be encountering the problem described in IC97175.  The following APAR link will be updated when the fix is delivered in a fix pack:

      Thank you for your response.

I'm sorry that I did not post my environment.

I'm using InfoSphere Streams V3.1 with RHEL 6.
