Why does not IBM Endpoint Manager cooperate with the manufactor, Lenovo in the same way as Microsoft, because Lenovo recently add support of downloading drivers to be deployed with Microsoft SCCM? "SCCM package for Windows 7 (32-bit) and (64-bit) - ThinkPad Helix" - http://download.lenovo.com/ibmdl/pub/pc/pccbbs/mobiles/tp_helix_w732_201301.txt

I am using for my lenovo endpoints Thinkvantage systemupdate admin tools with commandline parameters and a central update retriever repository. How to configure and install this you can find here: http://support.lenovo.com/en_US/research/hints-or-tips/detail.page?LegacyDocID=TVAN-ADMIN. Check the System Update Paragraph. It is very easy to implement and get your endpoints updated. I also use this for unattended installation of windows so that after the OS is installed, system update gets the machine up-to-date with all the lenovo software and drivers.
